Dorado
Dorado is operating in X-Band Frequency-Modulated Continuous-Wave Radar (FMCW) radar family designed for maritime navigation and surveillance. It comes in four versions in different size and different transmitting peak power:
- Dorado Lite (0.2 W)
- Dorado LP18 (1 W)
- Dorado LP24 (1 W)
- Dorado LP24B (2 W)
Separate antennas are used for transmission and reception, the width of which varies depending on the version. The connection to the displays is made via twisted-pair Ethernet cables. The diameter of the radomes is 29", the height 15" (Dorado LP42B: 42" × 24").
