AN/SPS-46(V1)
AN/SPS-46(V1) is operating in X-Band naval precision approach radar which is used on aircraft carriers of the United States Navy.
It uses the principle of a target tracking radar. To guide two aircraft simultaneously, it uses two independent antennas, each with a radar front-end.
The AN/SPS-46(V3) version additionally uses a high-resolution electronic camera and has been equipped with significantly improved electronics below deck.
