ATCR-33S-NG
The ATCR-33S-NG is an operating in S-Band air traffic control radar for use as terminal area radar or shorter range en-route radar. The system meets the requirements issued by ICAO and EUROCONTROL in terms of functional and performance characteristics.
The radar is a further development of the ATCR-33S DPC. The changes compared to the predecessor are mainly in the radar electronics. Many COTS assemblies are used and the overall space requirement is significantly reduced. A new gallium nitride (GaN) transistor technology is used for improved reliability and transmission characteristics.
