SLC-7

SLC-7 is operating in the L-Band 3D long-range surveillance radar using an active phased array antenna. Its primary vocation is medium altitude and medium distance air surveillance against targets such as aircraft, cruise missiles and guided munitions. This radar is intended as a sensor for long-range ground-to-air weapons systems or air defense control stations.

The SLC-7 makes its first public appearance at the China Air Show 2016. According to officials, this radar is particularly targeted at the export market.
