NSP-5
NSP-5 is an operating in Ku-Band multimode, low-Size, Weight, and Power (SWaP) radar system with a maximum radar range suitable for tactical use. The NSP-5 provides high-resolution SAR imagery, coherent change detection, and ground moving target indication. It was also given the designation AN/DPY-2.
The NSP-5 multimode weatherized pod requires only power and ethernet to operate. The NSP-5 pod can be attached to an aircraft with the IMSAR quick connect rail with blind-mate connections, or by using the MIL-Spec 14" lug mounts.
IMSAR LLC announced that its NSP-5 radar system is in production to the RQ-21A Blackjack UAV Program operated by the U.S. Marine Corps (USMC).
