SON-30

SON-30 “Kama” — (Cyrillic: СОН-30 «Кама», NATO reporting name “Fire Wheel”) is operating in the S band fire director radar for 130 mm anti aircraft guns. The development of SON-30 happened in the 1950s. By 1957, the SON-4 and SON-9 predecessors all were replaced by the SON-30. All of these radars were used in the Vietnam War.
