MM/BPS-704

MM/BPS-704 (MM stands for Marina Militare, a nomenclature for the Italian Navy, similar to the US-Army/Navy’s nomenclature AN/…), manufacturer’s designation: 3RM-20, is operating in the X-Band naval search and navigation radar for use aboard submarines. The radar uses a specially designed high pressure resistant antenna (up to 60 kg/cm²) with a span of 1 m, mounted on a telescopic mast.
