The 9S18 “Kupol” (also designated 1RL135, Cyrillic: 9С18 "Купол-М" or 1РЛ135; NATO designation: “Tube Arm”) is operating in the I-Band fully coherent, mobile 3D target assignment radar for the 9K37 “Buk” («Бук», NATO designation: SA-11 “Gadfly”) air defense missile system. It uses a frequency-controlled phased array antenna in front of a single curved parabolic reflector.
