RL-4AS
RL-4AS was operating in S-Band Terminal Area Radar (TAR) intended for military air traffic control near airport. The RL-4 radar is a product of the former Tesla company. Eldis upgraded it to RL-4AS in 1994-1998.
The parabolic reflector with dimensions of 5 × 3,5 m provided a cosecant squared pattern. The antenna used two horn radiators for high- and low-beam patterns to improve fixed-target rejection. It can be selected linear or circular polarization. A magnetron was used in the transmitter. A mobile version was installed on a TATRA-148 truck.
