MRL-2
The MRL-2 of the manufacturer Electromash AG in Nizhny Novgorod (Russia) was a meteorological radar operating in the X-Band. It was produced only as a stationary version and was intended for installation at airports and observatories.
The radar used a magnetron as a transmitter. The antenna was a symmetrical parabolic antenna with a diameter of 3 meters. It was protected by a radome to reduce the wind load.
