Falcon II
Falcon II is operating in the C-Band, frequency agility multipurpose air and sea surveillance radar. It can be configured for manned or unmanned operation and offers automatic plot extraction. A version called Falcon II‑G was dedicated as gap-filler radar.
The radar used a single-stage traveling wave tube as the transmitter output stage. The reflector antenna offers cosec² coverage to 25 degrees. The system is equipped with one or two shelter-mounted operator positions.
This radar was later produced under license by Metric Systems Corp., Fort Walton Beach, Florida. About 40 Falcon II radars are sold.
