Foxtrack
Foxtrack is operating in the X-Band lightweight man-portable FMCW radar, which is capable of intercepting, detecting and following targets moving on or close to the ground. The radar can detect pedestrians at a distance of 8 to 10 km and light vehicles at a distance of 15 km.
The complete radar system can be carried in two backpacks by a two-man team. It is also mountable on vehicles or field posts as needed. It can be used as a standalone unit or in a network of radars.
The radar is built in several countries under license. It is named as PGSR-3i “Beagle” (Portable Ground Surveillance Radar) in Hungaria. The Telefunken RACOMS' designator is PRS 2020, the stationary variant is PSR (Perimeter Surveillance Radar).
